Harish Banwari is the visionary founder and CEO of AdvantEdge, a consultancy firm set to transform the landscape of business growth and mentorship across markets and geographies. With over 40 years of experience in driving growth and operational excellence, Harish Banwari has held numerous leadership roles at 3M, where he led several strategic initiatives. He excelled in developing and executing business strategies through large teams. With innovation at the core, he led the new product commercialization programs that helped in accelerating growth across Asian markets. His matured customer focused approach also helped him in managing Government and Regulatory Affairs initiatives at 3M. During his 40 years of leadership experience , he has mentored large teams at leadership level who vouch for his leadership attributes. His experience in diverse industries, markets and geographies helps the organisations to achieve their goals in different internal and external challenging situations
